[vdr] dvb-t card recommendation?

hi,

i think about buying a dvb-t card and that leads me to some important
questions:

1, what quality would i have to expect?
i read a lot about it and besides the usual digital-is-beautifull marketing
i found some articles that said the quality wasn't recommendable at all.

2, what card is recommendable?
it shouldn't be expensive.
it would be great if i could make rgb-out work.
