[vdr] continuity errors

Hello,

in my log file I find again and again "cTS2PES got 0 TS errors, ** TS
continuity errors"
what does that mean? how can I fix that?
I have those since July, 3
I get "SetBrokenLink: no GOP header found in video packet" as well.
