[vdr] Re: VDRAdmin problem: expected /tmp/vdr.jpg does not exist

How do I test those devices?

I'm using VDR with a Nova-T (Budget) and a DXR3 card. Both those card are
working fine and I can do everything with VDR except GRAB.

Thanks,
Rene

OK, then you seem to have a VDR problem. As long as "grab" doesn't work,
vdradmin will have the same problem, because it uses the "grab" command as
well to save the JPG (see function "grab_picture" in vdradmind.pl).

Have a look if the video devices are existing (/dev/video0 etc.) and
working,
vdr uses these devices for grabbing the images. Of course, this requires
Video4Linux support in the kernel.

Good luck,
