[vdr] Minor problems in editing

Hi,

I haven't seen a full-featured card in action so these might be dxr3 
specific issues:

In editing when pressing keys 4 and 6 the picture doesn't change too 
often so I have tried to tune the markers with help of the flashing red 
triangle in the cutting bar. Unfortunately the red triangle doesn't 
always flash when playback hits a marker (started from last cutting mark 
with e.g. key 8). Moving the marker a couple of positions back or 
forward makes this triangle flash again.

The second problem is that key 8 doesn't start playback around even 
(stop) markers but proceeds to next odd (start) marker. To tune a stop 
marker I have added temporary marker before them to change the role. It 
might be desired operation but I haven't figured out other way to tune 
cutting of commercials.
