[vdr] ANNOUNCE: statusleds-0.0.1

Hello,

last week somebody was asking for the possibility to signal
several vdr states using the keyboard leds.

Because I found this a very nice thing, I've created the
statusleds plugin.

This plugin simple signals active recordings and the count of
concurrent recordings using a flashing keyboard led.

The plugin is available at
