[vdr] OT: USB Connection

Hello List,

I bought a 5.25"-Multimedia-bay from SMC with Cardreader and so on for my 
vdr-system and the image-plugin. This thing has to be connected via 
_internal_ USB-Plug.  The problem is: The USB-plug dosen't fit to the 
connector of the mainboard. 
Is there a docu regarding the pin-assignment of internal usb-plugs out???
Does someone know how to connect such a thing?
