Well, it's easy to disable
#define VIDEO_STILLPICTURE_WORKS_WITH_VDR_FRAMES
Or Klaus could ship 1.1.25 with this feature disabled.
But let's try to fix the problem.

Could you please upload a sample MPEG-1 recording somewhere?
I think this can be fixed.

IMHO this problem is not new and has nothing to do with this patch.
