[vdr] dxr3 plug-in causes VDR to crash

Hi all

I'm using VDR with the DXR3 plug-in. When I run it as root it runs fine, but
when I try it as user vdr it started up and crashed immediately.

After a few hours investigation I found out that the problem was related to
2 files which get created in the current directory when I start VDR. The 2
files are cDxr3Osd.log and dxr3diag.log. If I start VDR with /tmp as current
directory, it works fine, only if it can't create those files because of
permission problems, it crashes.

Does anyone know what these files are for and how I can avoid them?
