Using gcc v3.3 i got:

.launcher.cpp:25:21: pasting "menu" and "[" does not give a valid preprocessing token

At the moment i have replaced this statement by
 static Game menu[] = {

Very nice! My wife plays Tetris 24/7 ;-)
