[vdr] streaming VDR and W-LANer

Hi,

has anyone tried streaming VDR in a W-Lan environnement?
I recently bought a 22 Mbps W-Lan set at "Norma". However, it is not fast 
enough for streaming MPEG2. 
So has anyone experience with the "g" standard (i.e. 54 Mbit)? Will it be fast 
enough for distances like 20-30 m across a house?

Maybe I return my 22 Mbit set and get a 54 Mbit instead ...
