Sorry for answering myself, but great news: I've found the missing
initializiation
and so I've a running vdr 1.1.28 without the c-diff!!! Now I'll try this fix
on
vdr 1.2.5 and perhaps we found a proper solution for the UPT-Error. :-)

FYI: Heaviest zapping over 30 channels doesn't result in a UPT-Error, as it
was always before...

Now I see a little chance to get rid of this bug.
