[vdr] Recording AC3 without Patch Installed

Hi!

With the Star Wars episodes been shown on premiere next week i was
wondering if i can make the recording with the 5.1 ac3 sound while i
havent installed the patch to hear the ac3 signal over the s/pdif out...

Next questions after recording will be how to get the 5.1 sound onto a
dvd ;-)))
