[vdr] Is there an alarm plugin?

Can any of the current plugins act as a simple alarm? I.e. I'm watching
something which I've recorded and then miss the start of something live
/ forget to go off and do something else, etc.?

I'm envisaging something which allows a message to pop-up on the OSD at
a set time.

If there isn't one, I may have a go at writing one, maybe starting from
the sleep timer plugin!
