[vdr] LinVDR 0.4 is out

Hello,

after a whole month development, LinVDR 0.4 is out for download:

The link will reflect you randomly to one of our mirror sites (see
http://linvdr.org/projects/linvdr/mirrors.php for the list and for choosing
the mirror manually), due to the *huge* traffic with Version 0.3 our site
would be down within days if we would host it ourself. So thanks a lot to the
mirror sites!
