[vdr] mp3oss and bitstreamout ?

Hi,

are mp3oss and bitstreamout mutually exlusive? It seems both access
/dev/dsp(0), and this won't work. One I started bitstreamout to use card 0,
dev 0, mp3oss complains it can't open /dev/dsp any more, even if I
deactivate bitstreamout in its plugin setup menu. 

Any clue what I can do here? 

I can't use bitstreamout with the SPDIF output because I have no DD
Receiver ... but I prefer the sound card's PCM output over the DVB card's
PCM output, sound-wise and noise-wise.
