[vdr] Missing feature in Pause ... somewhat a BUG

Hi,

since ZDF and Sat1 uses AC3 there is a problem in the Pause
function during replay. The video jumps immediatly after releasing
the Pause. IMHO because the Private Stream 1 frames used for AC3
are really big (about 8kB, five AC3 frames in one ps1 frame).

Therefore I suppose a further step in the remux part of VDR
which resorts the Video/Audio/AC3 frames within the incomming
PES structure into a new but PTS-sorted PES structure. During
this resort the audio and AC3 should be refilled into new PES
frames not larger than 2048 bytes, just in the manner that every
GOP includeds not only its video but also the corresponding audio
and AC3 frames which is normally called `in sync' ;^)
And hey ... the AC3 frames could be enbedded into subframes before
storing into the Private Stream 1.

... this would also enhance the GOP cutter of VDR, which means
that one could use the _first_ available GOP after the commercial
break without including the last logical audio frames of the
commercial break.

        Werner
