[vdr] [patch]DVB subtitles 0.1.2 and multiple DVB cards

There is a small bug in the DVB subtitles plugin, which can happen if you
have more than one DVB card and use VDR mainly non-interactively (e.g. for
recordings). The plugin always requests the subtitle stream PID from the
primary DVB card. If your recording starts at non-primary DVB card and the
card is tuned into other frequency than the primary, then the plugin will
fail to retrieve the subtitle PID (and there will be no subtitles in the
recording).

This is quite unlikely to happen if you use VDR interactively, as the plugin
caches the PIDs when you channel-surf through channels. In my client-server
configuration there is nobody watching live TV on the server, and this did
occur too easily.

First install vdr-subtitles-0.1.2 with instructions given in the plugin.
Then run this patch on top of it.
