Does this mean that there is no transponder at 682000?
Please try adding some debug output to VDR/nit.c, at
case SI::CableDeliverySystemDescriptorTag: {
and remove all channels with frequency 682000 from your channels.conf.
The run VDR and let's see whether a transponder with f=682000 will
be created again.
