Can anobody help?  What values should I be using for:

LnbFrequHi = ?
LnbFrequLo = ?
LnbSLOF = 11250?

In North America (ExpressVU Nimiq1).

Searches in the mailing lists seem to suggest 11250 for SLOF but I can't find anything regarding the other values?
