[vdr] ANNOUNCE: timer event transfer to the ACPI wakeup with powerdown script

Hi,

at http://pienkoss.bei.t-online.de/vdr.html you find three scripts 
for transfering the next timer event to the ACPI wakeup time by vdr 
powerdown. If the next event more than 24 hours in the future, the 
computer starts at 00:00 local time without loading the vdr and shuts 
down again immediately.

Conditions:
- BIOS with ACPI support, configured for daily wakeup
- Kernel (2.4.x) with ACPI support (/proc/acpi/alarm must exist)
