[vdr] kvdr-0.62 released

new version available with new features:

-seamless reconnect if vdr closes socket -> allows to operate other 
SVDRP-tools like hoezu2vdr and mastertimer quasi "in parallel" with kvdr. 
Simply set the SVDRP-timeout in vdr to e.g. 25 seconds (less than 
socket-timeout in this tools), you almost don't notice now in case kvdr 
reopens the socket

-commandline option "-u" does unmute vdr on startup (option -a required too), 
obviously that only works if vdr was muted before, as SVDRP does only allow 
to toggle the mute-state and not force unmute directly (Klaus: maybe this can 
be changed in vdr?)
