[vdr] Request (vdr 1.3): non-corruptive recording restart due to channel modification

Would it be possible to implement the recording restart (due to channel
modification) in such a way, that no data is lost on those pids that exist
before and after the change of a channel?

Finnish YLE seems to be sending audio _language_ changes, based on real
languages of the programs. The change of language seems to arrive to VDR few
seconds _after_ the actual program has started (around 15 seconds), and
results in a nasty gap in a program.

I counted 15 changes of audio languages yesterday only on channel TV1, and
it's possible that was not all, as I'm not sure I had a DVB card tuned into
that frequency all the time.

For the curious ones, they were:

fin->fin+swe->fin->deu->fin->eng->fin->sve->fin->eng->fin->eng->fin->eng->en
g+deu->fin

So, out of 15 changes, only 2 changes introduced a new secondary language
pid, and 2 removed it. For all the other changes the channel pids remained
unchanged, and only the language of audio changed. I had two recordings
yesterday on YLE channels, which had a (tiny) gap right after the actual
program started...
