[vdr] Transponder/Channel Management..why ?

When will a developer/programmer wite a Transponder-Channel Management plugin or patch for VDR ?
Isn't there anybody that seeking for these features ?
Is it hard to implement?

I think that VDR users need to these killer features more than games and cosmetics..
