[vdr] [Announce] repeating-epg 0.6.9 for vdr-1.2.6

Hi,
finally I found some time to extract the code of the actual version of
repeating_epg-patch (0.6.9) out of KP-f.

The diff is against plain vanilla vdr 1.2.6.

Unfortunately I do not have the time now to make it running on 1.3.x.
