I have confirmed this! Problem is there somewhere. 

Today I rebuilt xine from CVS after applying xine-vdr patch. Built vdr
1.3.6 and the plugin.

I made a minimal channel.conf with 
BBC
PARL'MNT:12129:vC23:S28.2E:27500:2306:2308=eng,2309=eng:2307:0:7300:2:2022:0
:@1000 New channels

and the disk is pointing to astra 2D at 28.2E

My positioner is DiSEqC 1.0 driven and the DVB-S card shares the disk
with an analog tuner. There is a splitter that feeds the two tuners from
a single down feed.

Where is the LNB-Setup?
