    - clean up some messages
    - AFD tag support

AFD tag support is tested with a short stream I got from Jon and
has AFD tag 9 (4:3 frame transmitted in encoded 16:9 frame).

AFD tags (and current encoding formats) are reported in messages like:
[XvVideoOut] ASPECT (0 -> 9 ; 1,333333 -> 1,777778)

1st part is AFD change (from 0 to 9), 2nd is aspect ratio change
from 4:3 to 19:9 .
