Well, I don't own any DisiCon equipment. I just wrote these diseqc.conf
entries for a guy at vdrportal using the information he gave to me.
He reported that it works fine.

As you can see from the frequency table above, DisiCon is limited to
4 frequency ranges:
- 11,704 - 12,205 GHz hor.
- 12,676 - 12,709 GHz hor.
- 12,035 - 12,107 GHz vert.
- 12,464 - 12,716 GHz vert.
You can any receive any transponders within these ranges.

DisiCon uses a special LNB with 3 different LOFs. The frequencies are
shifted and combined to the range 955 MHz..2148 MHz (see table above).

Any DVB card should work if it can be tuned to 955 MHz..2148 MHz.
