Try

dummyES:11435:vC56:S19.2E:22000:160:80=esl,81=eng:32:0:29900:0:0:0

Note that this TP is _vertical_, not horizontal.

VDR doesn't search for transponders, yet.
It scans all the transponders listed in channels.conf for new
or modified channels, and if it comes across an NIT with new
transponder data, it even scans that new transponder.
