[vdr] [ANNOUNCE] vdr-xine-0.2.1 plugin

FF does not still work for me. After pressing FF, vdr-1.3.6 starts to
report repeatedly

FIXME: xineDevice.c:358
FIXME: xineDevice.c:358
FIXME: xineDevice.c:358
...

and the xine-ui will report

video_out: vpts/clock error, next_vpts=3037708630 cur_vpts=22676276
video_out: vpts/clock error, next_vpts=3037708630 cur_vpts=22676605
video_out: vpts/clock error, next_vpts=3037708630 cur_vpts=22676935
video_out: vpts/clock error, next_vpts=3037708630 cur_vpts=22677265
video_out: vpts/clock error, next_vpts=3037708630 cur_vpts=22677596
video_out: vpts/clock error, next_vpts=3037708630 cur_vpts=22677925
video_out: vpts/clock error, next_vpts=3037708630 cur_vpts=22678255
video_out: vpts/clock error, next_vpts=3037708630 cur_vpts=22678585
video_out: vpts/clock error, next_vpts=3037708630 cur_vpts=22678915
video_out: vpts/clock error, next_vpts=3037708630 cur_vpts=22679245
video_out: vpts/clock error, next_vpts=3037708630 cur_vpts=22679575
...

Xine does not seem to be able to recover from this situation.

A second try:

video jump
video jump
video jump
video jump
video jump
video_out: vpts/clock error, next_vpts=3021864913 cur_vpts=2239718
video_out: vpts/clock error, next_vpts=3021864913 cur_vpts=2240039
video jump
video_out: vpts/clock error, next_vpts=3021864913 cur_vpts=2240369
video_out: vpts/clock error, next_vpts=3021864913 cur_vpts=2240699
video jump
video_out: vpts/clock error, next_vpts=3021864913 cur_vpts=2241029
video_out: vpts/clock error, next_vpts=3021864913 cur_vpts=2241142
... and continuing then so that only cur_vpts grows.

after killing xine, vdr reports:

FIXME: xineDevice.c:246
FIXME: xineDevice.c:246
FIXME: xineDevice.c:246
FIXME: xineDevice.c:246
FIXME: xineDevice.c:246

xine-lib and xine-ui from CVS, Apr 24.

No other patches or plugins installed.

xine command

xine -L -D -g -f -V xv --stdctl vdr://tmp/vdr-xine/stream#demux:mpeg_pes --verbose=2

Removing deinterlacing does not change anything. Removing -V xv
changes the situation a bit; FF worked once, but showed a still frame
every once in a while. Going back to play succeeded. REW worked
better (showed some still frames rather frequently). A second try to
FF caused the same crash as for -V xv.

Pause works.

yours,
		Jouni
