[vdr] [ANNOUNCE] DVB subtitles 0.3.1

There is a new version of the DVB subtitles plugin available at:

This requires VDR version >=1.3.7.

-VDR 1.3.7 compability
-Fixed a bug where the recorded subtitles where shown while watching a 
recording (Thanks to Rolf Ahrenberg for reporting this)

My TV is broken so I've only tested it using VDRAdmin. :) Feedback is 
welcomed.
