Hello again :-)

I think one SHOULD always compile it own kernel... Anyway, I have also a
2.4.25 (last 2.4 I compiled) kernel with the CVS of dvb-kernel at the
time 2.4.25 went out : no problem at all with this config.

You should really try to compil your own kernel :-)
