[vdr] Audio and Video in my cDevice are not synchron ...

Hi,
I'm implementing a new cDevice, which reads a TS Stream from a FIFO. It
works but Audio and Video are not synchron. It seems that the time
difference is about 1 second.
The FIFO is feeded with 
ffmpeg -dv1394 -s 352x288 -b 2000 -f mpegts - > FIFO
If i let ffmpeg pipe to mplayer, mplayer plays audio and video synchron.
What can i do?
