All the tables I know have only the name of company or
organisation to whom the id has been assigned to.
like 0x1800 is assigned to Kudelsky SA, you need to
find out that Nagravision is owned by Kudelsky from
somewhere else.

Table of subcategories with CA_system_names would be nice.
