[vdr] osdteletext plugin - file permissions

Hello,

yesterday I tried to install the osdteletext plugin and I a problem:

The files in /tmp/vtx/S19.2E* get the following permissions:

    ---xr-x---    1 vdr      vdr          7840 Sep 13 17:40 100s.vtx*
or
    ----------    1 vdr      vdr          7840 Sep 13 17:40 880s.vtx

I read something about a patch - unfortunately there's no link to it, 
neither is it on the plugin homepage. Maybe it would be possible to put the 
patch or even a new version on the site?  :-)
