[vdr] VDR 1.3.15 doesn't change channel names from old config files anymore

Hi,

I'd suggest to add checks for shortName and providerName in cChannel::SetName 
so the channel name gets updated even if Name didn't change (because 
otherwise the channels won't get the new information if the Name was correct 
before, but ProviderName or ShortName weren't).
