[vdr] Bug in channelview

Hello,

in the VDR 1.3.15 is a bug, while deleting the channels.

--- groupname 1 ---
10 PRO7
11 SAT1
--- groupname 2 --- 
20 RTL

I'm deleting 'PRO7' --> next selected line is correct 'SAT1'
then deleting 'SAT1' --> next selected line is '--- groupname 2 ---'
and not 'RTL'
now I can delete this line ('--- groupname 2 ---')  --> not correct.

With the cursor up or down I usually can't select any groupnameline.

20 RTL
--- groupname 3 ---
--- groupname 4 --- 

With cursor-down I can't select the '--- groupname 3 ---'-line, but
with cursor-right (two times) '--- groupname 3 ---' is selected --> not
correct.
