[vdr] osdteletext last line missing

Anyone else noticed how osdteletext seems to leave out the last line of 
some pages?  There's well enough space on the osd area where it could draw 
it just fine but it doesn't seem to want to.

I read something like this in the changelog for 0.3.2. I'm using 0.4.1. 
Reappeared accidentally or is this because I'm using a dxr3?
