[vdr] vdrsync.pl is out of sync

I am trying to use vdrsync.pl -m option to get mpg files that can
burned to dvd.  However, I find the mpeg is badly out of sync.  When I
play the recording on vdr, its fine, also, if I take the audio and
video files created by vdrsync and mux them using tmpgenc in windows,
the mpeg file comes out fine.

I have transcode v0.6.12 , vdr 1.3.12 and vdrsync  Version 0.1.2.2. 
My kernel is 2.6.7 if that is  of any use.

Any help will be much appreciated.
