[vdr] Stop replaying menu item is inconsistent

if a plugin starts a player without leaving the OSD,
and if the user returns to the main OSD by using the EXIT button,
the main OSD does not display the item "Stop replaying".

It only appears after leaving and re-entering the OSD.
