[vdr] 1.3.17: bug in key processing

Let's say I watch channel 5.

Now I press 3 and ChannelUp.

If I wait long enough between the key presses, 4 appears.

But if I do that very quickly, 6 appears.


A question in general: How should bugs be reported?

For my last bug report, nobody ever answered. Now I don't know
whether the general opinion is that that was no bug in vdr but
in the plugin, or whether Klaus noticed the mail and will
eventually fix it or not.
