[vdr] DVD plugin with DXR3

I just tried to watch a DVD with vdr-dvd-0.3.5b06 on VDR 1.3.17 with
DXR3 and it was fairly unwatchable: jerky with loss of A/V sync. I think
the problem may be because my system is set up for PAL but it's an NTSC
DVD.

I hacked mplayer.sh so I could play it with MPlayer setting the DXR3 to
NTSC mode, and it plays perfectly. So would it be possible for vdr-dvd
to switch to NTSC output for NTSC DVDs?
