It doesn't matter for projectX whether is NTSC or PAL, cause I used

ProjectX is definitly not designed for NTSC. But to talk about A/V
desyncs - I had the chance to view a NTSC-snippet (about 40 MB vdr-file)
and with mplayer i realized that the material is switching between
23,976 and 29.97 fps -> as mplayer tells me that. So if that's correct,
how should any demuxer handle such material ? Amazing enough that vdr
plays such stuff :)
I am thinking that VLC could be used to demux the files. VLC seems to always
read them correctly. I will look into it, but if anyone has suggestions..
