Thank you for the new plugin/patch version. It works fine. The only 
problem I found is that the current menu item is always the last plugin 
item if any. I fixed it in the patch you can download at:

Additionally I made the patch independend from enAIO patch. It works 
with as well as without enAIO patch and both positions of MenuCmdPosition.
