[vdr] update: DeepBlue-Skin (0.1.1)

Hello List,

    as many people asked me for support of other resolutions,
I just put version 0.1.1 of the DeepBlue-Skin online.

The new version cares for the OSD-height setting and scales the hight of
the skin.

For people still want to use the old height (4:3 resolution) a height of
506 is ideal.

Another ne feature (especially for Olaf Henkel) is the support for the
mulit-speeds 4-9 in dvd-mode.
