Hi Laurent,
I was thinking already that the architecture I needed could also be applicable to FPGA's. My use case is our controller, which I have discussed a bit with Hans Verkuil a few weeks ago. Our controller handles 44 different image processing blocks that can be interconnected in almost every order. I have sent a message on the media mailing list and I have discussed it a bit with Hans.

Would it be possible for you share more detailed information about the hardware? What kind of processing does it do? 44 different blocks with even many of the connections making some sense sounds unusual to me. :-)

I'd like to attend the media mini-summit and I'm interested in reconfigurable hardware, especially in the context of FPGAs and dynamic (partial) reconfiguration.
I will send a few use cases early next week to set the context which might help to work out an agenda proposal. I think it'll be helpful to use block diagrams to visualize these use cases so I will post those on our Xilinx wiki as a reference. Let me know if that works for you or if you have any other suggestions.

I'll be around too, even though the clash with GStreamer conference. For the reference, I maintain V4L2 support in GStreamer. If there is any room for more discussion, I'll like to discuss frame size enumeration for scaling m2m (e.g. fimc/gscaler and CUDA decoder).
