A while ago, I forked the prefermenu-plugin and named it favorites. It can be downloaded from the German vdr-portal: http://www.vdr-portal.de/board1-news/board2-vdr-news/106482-announce-favorites-0-0-1-aka-skin-enabled-prefermenu/ . My version is skin enabled, so it uses the original vdr menu functions and skin.
