I'm trying to find someone who would write DVB-C or DVB-T output plugin for VDR to one of those PCI adapters:

Thepurpose is to combine many input MUXes into one or many output MUXes,which could be watched from different television sets (in same house)equipped with DVB-C or DVB-T H.264 HD tuners. For example on KDL-40X4500 or Philips 42PFL9903H/10:
