None at the moment as far as I can tell.

Almost all cards available currently are what are known as budget cards.
All they do is tune in the signal, all decoding takes place in software
so there is no card with better or worse picture quality.  The only way
picture quality can be affected is from reception errors in the
transport stream.  Different cards have different tuner which obviously
have different abilities to receive signals, but since digital tv
signals require pretty good reception to work at all, it usually doesn't
effect people.

So in conclusion, most cards are pretty much the same, and certainly
don't have different picture quality.  When choosing cards you would
look at other features such as price, video capture facilities if that
is of interest, number of tuners if you want more than one, and
