Does the CX24116 support those high SR's ? It looks like quite on the edge.

Distinguishing Features
Transmission format support:
8PSK/QPSK: SR = 10–30 MSps
DVB-S: SR = 1–45 MSps
DTV Legacy: SR = 20 MSps
