I just heard from Patrick, what he meant by this at the meeting and the
reason why he voted for S2API, due to a fact that he was convinced
incorrectly. Multiproto _already_has_ this implementation, while it is
non-existant in S2API.

When S2API doesn't have any complete implementation: true yes, the
patches are really small.

Void is beautiful too.

DVB-S2 runtime MODCOD changes are much more complex than a simple
diversity control (professional uses). It is very simple to add this use
case without unnecessarily getting the user to be involved for dvb-core
internals. Well it is not just diversity alone or just DVB-S2 MODCOD
dynamic changes, but this can be applied in a generic fashion to any
other in a similar fashion.

I just did an exhaustive explanation to Patrick on his concern on
diversity (or similar) control, probably he can share his thoughts in here.
